Children’s Pastor
Penny Mansur loves kids and has devoted much of her life to helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus. As the Children’s Pastor for our littlest ones through 5th grade, she brings warmth, creativity, and a deep desire for every child to feel seen, loved, and excited to grow in their faith.
For nearly four decades, Penny’s faithful service, hands-on experience, and a genuine love for children have shaped her strong and passionate calling. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she and her husband, Jay, helped launch a church before moving to Michigan, where Penny served on the children’s ministry staff of a large church serving more than 250 children. In 2009, they moved to Wilmore, Kentucky, and she has served on staff at GCF Vineyard since 2015.
Outside of church, Penny enjoys a full and lively family life. She and Jay have been married for more than 40 years and are blessed with seven married children and 18 grandchildren. She loves spending time with people and unwinding with a good feel-good movie or cooking show.
